The Miss Upper East Beauty Pageant has been nominated for the 2019 edition of Ghana Events Awards. The event is held annually and it’s organised by Ayelbis Events based in Bolgatanga in the Upper East Region.
This is the first an event held in the Upper East Region has been nominated in the Best Regional Event category of the Ghana Events Awards.
Miss Upper East Beauty Pageant will be competing with Volta Music Awards from the Volta Region, Eastern Music Awards from the Eastern Region, Central Music Awards from the Central Region. The others are Western Music Awards from the Western Region, Edemfest from the Volta Region, Made In Taadi from the Western Region, Bliss On The Hills Music Festival from the Eastern Region, Lil Win live In Concert from the Ashanti Region, Ghana Lifestyle Awards from the Northern Region and Di Asa from the Greater Accra Region.
This year’s awards scheme also seeks to award and celebrate indigenous Ghanaian Event organizers who have set the pace for excellence in event management across the country.
Meanwhile this year’s Miss Upper East Beauty Pageant is just around the corner and audition forms will soon be out.
