The Municipal Chief Executive for Lawra, Hon. Martin Bomba-ire on the 8th of August 2020, donated some items to workers of the Zoomlion company in Lawra Municipality.
The items which include Veronica buckets, gallons of liquid soap, tissue papers, hand sanitizers etc were presented to the Lawra Municipal Manager in the presence of the workers after their usual cleaning exercises in the municipality.
The MCE, used the opportunity to sensitise them on the COVID 19 pandemic and the need to always put on a nose mask and follow other protocols as prescribed by the President and Ghana Health Service.
He also enumerated the numerous developmental projects that are taking place in the Municipality under the H. E. Nana Addo Dankwa Akuffo Addo’s government as president and Hon Anthony Karbo as MP.
He urged them to support him, the MP and the government to develop Lawra.
