Don Max, lead artist of Avinah Entertainment has finally announced October 22, 2016, as the official launch date for his highly anticipated music album titled, “La Tohme”.
He disclosed this during an interaction with some section of the media in the Upper East Region. The launch he noted, is schedule to take place at the Bolgatanga Jubilee Park. According to Don Max, it is his first ever album after releasing several hit singles that are enjoying massive patronage especially within Northern Ghana.
He explained that, his foremost album contains ten tracks and the blast-off will be well packed with diverse performances from veteran local guitarist such as Amodoo, Agongo, Nyabilla and Atimbila of “Ghana Pogse Fame” among others. Label artist Hot k, YCD Lyrix and Tipok will also feature alongside other guest artist including Ras Wormz, Zazzy Kudivi,Nambawan, Capochino Novella, Marcelle, OC Acomfim, Sparta, Klasic GH, Willy Young and Blacka Tee.
La Tohme3In a special interview with music lovers and fans of Don Max, excitement is obviously the best description one could attach to the feelings of fans. Avoole Nelson, one of the staunch fans of Don Max describe the album launch as, “The Dynamite Night”. According to him, “the night will mark the overturn of northern music. Music chart shows in the region are fast drifting their attention to the event.
Don Max, is arguably the “God Father” of modern hiplife music in the Upper East Region stemming from the artist ability to rap and sing in his local parlance. Also, his ability to produce music besides chasing his academic dreams, have worn for him massive respect and acceptance among the youth.
