Ephesians 5:21-22, 25 KJV
SUBMITTING yourselves one to another in the FEAR of GOD.
[22] Wives, submit yourselves unto your own husbands, AS UNTO THE LORD.
[25] Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;
1 Corinthians 7:4 KJV
The wife hath not power of her own body, but the husband:
and likewise also the husband hath not power of his own body, but the wife.
These scriptures are very deep. One question for those who are married, are you doers of this Word from God?
The yet to marry, do your Fiancé, Beloved Boyfriend or Girlfriend deserve the position of God (Lord) in your life to make a decision to proceed to marry?
Hmmmm
I pray everyone reconsider their decision of love and compare those they’re in love with if they can please them as they please God.
Marriage can lead you to either hell or heaven.
Ask yourself, will this person am in love with draw me close to God or is drawing me away from God?
Can you fully submit and be faithful to him or her in the fear of God.
Will his or her behavior allow you to love him as Christ loved us to sacrifice Himself for us?
Is your behavior also good enough for someone to please you and love you as God?
If not, then take a second thought.
Rethink, pray, read the Word of God, meditate on the Word for it to reform and transform your heart to bear good fruits in your relationship.
It’s very difficult to please someone who doesn’t appreciate your effort and love. Consider how it’s difficult to tolerate even your own brothers and sisters with negative behaviors.
Don’t let love blind you from that behavior of your boyfriend, girlfriend, beloved or fiancé which is drawing you away from God.
God is a very jealous God and loves you so much that’s why He’s sending you this word of caution.
Don’t settle for anything you will love and live to regret.
Your decision to love someone should be taken to God in prayer. God is ready to direct you to make the best decision.
Don’t get desperate for a life partner! Be patient and invite God to lead you on the right way to make a right choice.
DON’T FALL IN LOVE BUT DECIDE TO LOVE!!!
God loves you and wants to give you someone who will love you as much as He does and submits to you.
As you wait on God, prepare yourself so you don’t miss it.
Have a great day
