The former Northern Regional Chairman of the governing New Patriotic Party has called the bluff of former President John Dramani Mahama, asking the youth in the region not to vote for Mr. Mahama in the 2020 Presidential elections.
Daniel Bugri Naabu says the work the National Democratic Congress 2020 Presidential Candidate said he is coming to do is what the Akufo Addo government has done already.
According to him, Mr. Mahama failed the people of the north when he was a President.
The outspoken former Chairman believes the commitment of President Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo Addo to create two more regions and restore peace back to the Dagbon traditional area means the President has achieved what the people were yearning for.
He noted hitherto, Mr. Mahama who hails from the north was unable to do this for his own people.
