Sheaga Community and others worried over absence of Telecommunication networks

Residents of communities in the eastern part of the Talensi District of the Upper East Region are appealing to telecommunications companies to as a matter of importance extend their services to them.

The Assembly member of Sheaga Electoral Area, Michael Zugah, in an interview with A1 Radio at Sheaga said several appeals by the communities in the eastern part of the Talensi District, to the Telecommunication Companies have not yielded any good results.

In his view, the absence of a functioning telecommunication network in the area is a worrying situation and has to change to facilitate development.
