Hilla Liman Technical University Reviews its Academic Calendar

Hilla Limann Technical University which was formerly Wa Polytechnic has revised its academic calendar for the 2019/2020 academic year after the president called for all continuing students to return to school on the 24th of August, to complete their course of study in his 15th State address on Sunday 16th of August 2020.

Statement

Following the directive from the President, His
Excellency, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo that the
various Technical Universities should reopen on 24th
August, 2020 the Academic Board held an Emergency
meeting on 19th August, 2020 to revise the Academic
Calendar for the 2019/2020 Academic year.

The revised Academic Calendar is as follows:

Commencement of Lectures : 24th August, 2020
Revision: 28th September to 2nd October, 2020
End of Semester Exams: 5th October to 16th October,

2020.

All students will be provided with personal protective
equipment. Students are to note that there will be no
mass gathering and sporting activities during this
period.

We wish to assure staff and junior members that all
the necessary COVID-19 protocols will be enforced.
