Prof. Naana Opoku-Agyeman To Begin 2-Day Working Visit To Upper East

The Running mate of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Professor Jane Naana Opoku-Agyemang will on Friday, August 14, 2020 begin a two-day working visit in the Upper East Region.

Her visit is to show appreciation to the people of the region and also ascertain from them the critical issues that require urgent redress in the next NDC government.

Speaking on A1 Radio’s Reporters visit, NDC Upper East Regional secretary, Donatus Akamure, explained that, the running mate will visit the Eastern and Western zone of the region but will have the backing of the Central zone.

He indicated that, Prof. Opoku-Agyemang will interact with trainee nurses at the Bolgatanga Nursing Training College and teacher trainees at the Gbewaa Training College in Pusiga.

He also paid a courtesy call on Bawku Naba, Asigri Aburago Azorka II, Paga Pio,Charles Awia Awamampaga  and Navro-pio, P3 Denis Asagpaare Balinia Adda ll  and later  engage traders at the Bolgatanga  and Navrongo  markets.

Prof. Opoku-Aygemang, will have a live radio interview on one of the radio stations in the region to share the NDC’s programmes and policies with the people of the region and also receive feedback from them.

She will later visit the people of Wiaga and Kanjarga in the Builsa North and South Districts respectively to end her visit.
