Mion MP constructs classroom block for Sang Zakariyya JHS

Mr Abdul-Aziz Mohammed, Member of Parliament for Mion, has constructed a three-unit classroom block for Sang Zakariyya Junior High School in the Northern Region.

The new classroom block is to serve as an additional infrastructure to accommodate the increasing number of pupils of the school and to enhance access to education facilities in the area.

He said he was working to increase the number of senior high schools and JHSs in the constituency to offer opportunities to every child.

He said he would continue efforts to complete major educational projects in the District, especially an ongoing three-unit classroom block at Kulkpegu to improve residents’ access to education.

Mr Abdul-Aziz urged parents to strive and invest in the education of their children, ensure that they were regular in school and learn for improved education outcome.

He also urged parents to cooperate with teachers to effectively address the educational challenges likely to affect the development of children in the area.
